Safety Checks are a vital part of any workplace health and safety programme as they help you to discover not only individual areas of risk within your organization but also a perspective on your organizational health picture. We utilise results of the Safety Checks to develop a tailored and comprehensive health and safety programme that focuses on the pinpointed risks in your organisation and teams.
During these 20-minute appointments covering hearing, vision, lung function and blood pressure testing your team receives their own results plus education on how to interpret their results and an understanding of how they affect their health. Following the assessments, your organisation will receive the hearing, vision and lung testing results, plus a summary report. We can utilise results of the Safety Checks to develop a tailored and comprehensive health and safety programme that focuses on the identified risks in your organisation and teams.
How it works
Healthbox partners with organizations across New Zealand to provide Safety Checks which include a convenient online booking system.
One of our highly qualified workplace wellbeing experts will come on-site to perform the tests. We can also conduct Safety Checks in our Ponsonby clinic.
Each team member has their hearing tested using a state-of-the-art portable audiometer, their resting blood pressure taken, near and long vision assessed and they complete a peak flow lung function test.
Safety Checks are a direct measure of your health and safety strategy. We then help you to fine-tune your organization.
