The Healthbox Executive Medical is a two-hour, holistic and comprehensive assessment of current health status, providing information, guidelines and advice on how to improve lifestyle and long-term health. It is delivered at our clinic at 70 College Hill, Freemans Bay.

Full medical examination
Cardiovascular, respiratory, abdominal/genitourinary, eyes/ears/nose/throat, lymph nodes, neurological, musculoskeletal and skin examinations, plus prostate or breast exams when required.
Health history and lifestyle profile
Personal and family health history, activity and nutrition profile, and stress and anxiety evaluation.
Measurements
Muscle balance and flexibility, spirometry, body fat, waist and hip measurements, height, weight and BMI.
Pathology
Full blood count, liver and kidney function, fasting blood sugar, cholesterol, PSA (men), ferritin (women). Pathology can be personalised to a certain degree; we can offer a tailored quote for personalised blood testing, please contact us.
Cardiovascular and respiratory profile
Resting and stress ECG with cardiovascular disease risk assessment, plus respiratory profiling.
Full skin-checks by the doctors
A full head-to-toe skin-check carried out by the doctors as part of the assessment.
Comprehensive report
All measurements and results with personalised recommendations and specialist referrals if needed.
