Mental Wellbeing Support
A workplace wellbeing programme giving your team confidential, direct access to registered Clinical Psychologists, not just generalist counselling.
Trusted in workplaces across Aotearoa
Confidential, direct access to registered Clinical Psychologists
Our Mental Wellbeing Support Programme gives your staff confidential, direct access to registered Clinical Psychologists. Many workplace wellbeing programmes rely solely on Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) counsellors, who are well-suited to everyday stress and short-term support. But when presentations are more complex (anxiety, trauma, burnout, or issues requiring a clinical diagnostic lens) staff need a higher level of expertise to get the right outcome. Our programme provides exactly that.
Every referral is handled discreetly and professionally, with staff able to self-refer without going through a manager. This means problems are addressed early, by the right clinician, before they escalate into safety, performance, or retention issues for your business.
Clinical Psychologists help staff understand what's driving their own behaviour and wellbeing. We connect your team directly with registered Clinical Psychologists. Staff can confidentially self-identify when they're struggling with their work-life balance, and get the right support around them, on their own terms. The result is a mental health system for your organisation: evidence-based recommendations, implemented as part of your overall wellbeing strategy.

Client stories
What workplaces tell us
“Bookings filled within two days of the link going out. The clinicians were brilliant with our drivers and warehouse crew. People who'd normally never get a skin check were first in line.”
“We run hybrid teams across three floors and home offices. Healthbox handled the lot: onsite health checks for the building, remote ergonomic assessments for everyone else. Zero admin on our side.”
“The de-identified workforce report gave our leadership team the evidence to fund a full wellbeing calendar. Participation hit 87%. Our previous off-site programme never cracked 30%.”
