The badge is year-stamped and lasts twelve months. A workplace qualifies when it meets all three criteria:
An active Healthbox programme delivered in the last 12 months
At least half of eligible staff took part in a core screening service
Delivered onsite by Healthbox clinicians, booked and recorded in Healthbox Live
